Twigs is known in Upstate South Carolina for its creative floral designs and superior product quality. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. We expect our flowers, plants and gifts to exceed your expectations and if they do not an immediate refund or replacement will be made.
We Ship
Twigs’ collection of gift ideas can be shipped anywhere in the United States (only applies to durable goods…we do not ship fresh arrangements and plants). Simply complete Option #2, and the delivery charge will display as $0. Prior to processing your payment, Twigs will email you within 24 hours with the correct shipping/handling charges.
All items that are in stock will typically ship within 48 hours of the time your payment is received. Twigs primarily ships via UPS ground service unless specifically asked otherwise. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery Zones
We deliver Monday thru Saturday to the Greater Greenville, SC area. Our delivery prices range from 7.50 in the immediate areas, hospital zones, downtown and local residences to 9.50 or 12.50 to Travelers Rest, Fountain Inn or the Donaldson Center to 16.50 for Easley and Piedmont. If you do not know your zip code when entering your order, the delivery charge will automatically be calculated at 9.50. The next day you will be emailed a confirmation with the total price that reflects the accurate delivery charge.
Out-of-town Deliveries
Twigs belongs to several Floral Organizations that allow us to refer orders to fellow florists in cities all over the world. We give our out-of-town business the same care and concern that we give our local requests. There is a 12.50 charge for the delivery and processing of each out-of-town order.
Delivery Notice
For all local deliveries we require a minimum notice to meet a required time frame. To guarantee an A.M. order, we need to have the order in hand by 5:00 the previous day. If you have missed that deadline, you can request an A.M. delivery and we will contact you if this is not possible. For same day delivery, we need to have the order in hand by noon of the same day. If you have missed that deadline, you can request same day delivery and we will contact you if this is not possible.
